Orders require at least 5 days' notice before the delivery date so we can clean and prep your totes and dollies.
Delivery and pickup are free within our core service area (Colorado Springs and close suburbs). A flat $49 surcharge applies to extended areas such as Pueblo and Castle Rock, added automatically at checkout based on your ZIP code.
You may cancel for a full refund any time before your totes are delivered, no questions asked. Once delivery is complete, the rental is active and non-refundable.
Normal wear and tear is on us. Lost or damaged items are billed to the card on file at $15 per tote and $45 per dolly. These amounts reflect the replacement cost of the item plus the handling, cleaning, and restocking it takes to get a unit back in service, and are a good-faith estimate of our actual costs rather than a penalty. By booking, you authorize Summit Tote Co. to charge the card on file for any such items, assessed at pickup and documented with photos.
The optional $59 Moving Day Kit (2 moving blankets, stretch wrap, and 50 reusable labels) is yours to keep and is non-refundable once delivered.
Full payment is collected at booking through Stripe's secure checkout. We never see or store your full card details. Your card is retained only to cover the lost or damaged item policy above.
